Katerina is Partner, Head of People Experience and Culture of Grant Thornton Greece and brings multiple years of professional experience. She holds a BSc in Marketing Management from the American College of Greece and is EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Katerina is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience. She is leading the People Experience & Culture team and is responsible for designing and managing the execution of the whole employee experience, including talent acquisition, employee performance, employee engagement, training & development, compensation & benefits, budget, employee relations and wellbeing. Her strong background in Marketing & Communication offers her an understanding of the market and client needs which provides a unique blend with current focus on creating exceptional candidate and people experiences.
Katerina is also responsible for ensuring that Grant Thornton offers a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace and creation of relevant strategies and initiatives. Additionally, she is committed in promoting corporate volunteerism and design CSR initiatives for the people.
