Andreas is a Partner in the Financial Services department of Grant Thornton Greece and brings more than 15 years of professional experience. He holds the ACCA and CFSA professional certifications. During the course of his career, Andreas has developed specific expertise in the financial sector as well as in the private and public sector providing advisory and audit services.
Sector Experience
Throughout his career, Andreas has obtained significant experience in the financial sector by providing consulting services in the financial sector in relation to Corporate Governance, Internal Control System Assessment, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Process Improvement, Credit Reviews, Loan valuations and Risk Management Services.
His specialization concerns financial and economic analysis of investments, the financing of investments by domestic and international mechanisms but also in the management of state aid regulations.
Education
Andreas is a graduate of the Department of Economics of University of Piraeus. He holds the ACCA professional qualification and the CFSA certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is also a member of the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors and member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. He is also a regular member of the editorial team of Financial Sector Insights of Grant Thornton.
