Kostas is Partner in Deals Services in Grant Thornton Greece and brings multiple years of professional experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As). He holds an MBA from Leeds University (Excellence Scholarship awarded) and a BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Deree College. Additionally, he has successfully completed one of the top executive education programs in Entrepreneurial Negotiations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
With 20 years of experience in the field of Finance and Capital Markets, Kostas has worked across a wide range of industries and sectors. Prior to his role at Grant Thornton, he worked in the Deals/Corporate Finance field in the United Kingdom and held positions in several major companies in Greece, focusing on Investor Relations, Equity Research, Banking, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
Kostas has been involved in executing complex refinancing projects and significant acquisitions in the Greek market. He has also been responsible for developing and executing the Investor Relations Strategy for one of the largest publicly traded companies in Greece. During his tenure, the company was recognized as the Best Company for Investor Relations in Greece for three consecutive years.
