Experience
Maria is a Partner in the Assurance Department and brings multiple years of professional experience as a Certified Public Accountant and Business Consultant.
During her career, she has participated in numerous statutory and tax audits in several business sectors. She has also been involved in audits of investments under Developmental Laws, cost audits and she is in charge of Grant Thornton’s team for the audits related to the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF)
Consulting services are included in her experience, mainly on valuations, internal audit, financial reporting, agreed upon procedures on financial projects and investment plans.
She has as well conducted many quality reviews internally in Grant Thornton, but also internationally as a review member of Grant Thornton International
