As Head of Human Resources at Grant Thornton Greece, Fani leads the full HR function, shaping and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. She oversees performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, rewards, and HR systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and fostering a high-performance, people-first culture.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Fani held senior HR leadership roles, including Head of HR at V+O Greece, as well as HR Business Consultant at EY (Ernst & Young), and positions at Retail World S.A. (Public & Germanos Group), Samsung Electronics Hellas, and E-value (COSMOTE Group of Companies). She brings extensive expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
Fani is recognized for building trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization, driving initiatives that empower employees and unlock their full potential. She holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
