He leads transformation initiatives across technology, AI and enterprise architecture and supports executive teams across industries in shaping technology strategy and delivering it.
Yannis has extensive experience in enterprise architecture and in delivering large, multi-country transformation programmes, mainly in technology-intensive sectors such as telecommunications and energy. His work covers everything from strategy and target architecture to leading the teams that build and run the solution, with an emphasis on system integration, cloud modernisation, digital platforms and customer-facing systems. He applies this experience to help clients put AI and cloud to practical use.
