Grant Thornton was certified as a Great Place to Work for the 2nd consecutive year

Grant Thornton was certified as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year following a methodical and thorough assessment carried out by the Great Place to Work Hellas organization, confirming the company's commitment to providing an excellent, inclusive and safe working environment.

Through the Trust Index questionnaire, Grant Thornton employees recognized Grant Thornton for its people-centered culture and its actions fostering meaningful relationships based on equality and trust. 95% of its people point out that Grant Thornton provides a safe working environment, while more than 8 out of 10 employees state that they can rely on collaboration with their colleagues.

Furthermore, recognition of Grant Thornton's robust working environment is further confirmed by the fact that 85% of its executives say they are proud to work here, while 81% believe they receive competitive benefits. At the same time, the fact that 90% of Grant Thornton's employees state that the company treats all its people fairly, regardless of gender, and that 82% feel they can be their real selves at work demonstrates Grant Thornton's constant focus on creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment. The culture of integration and equal opportunities, without exclusions and discrimination, which has always governed the company, was also confirmed this year by its promotion to the 8th place of "Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas 2023".
