Experience
Sotiris Constantinou is President of the Board of Directors of Grant Thornton S.A., Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants and Senior Partner in charge of the Thessaloniki office with many years of professional experience. He holds the CPA and is a founding shareholder and Board of Directors member of Grant Thornton Greece since its establishment.
During the course of his career, Sotiris has participated in the conduct of many statutory and financial audits of large-sized companies and has been the project manager in several audit teams in multinational, listed and non-listed entities. He has developed specific expertise in the banking and insurance sector, public entities, large-sized industrial companies, mutual fund management entities as well as Transaction Advisory Services.
He has also participated and been in charge of projects in the construction, industrial, commercial, tourism and IT sectors. At the same time, he has been in charge for audits conducted in companies in respect of listing on the Athens Stock Exchange, in corporate valuations and preparation of analytical studies on internal control systems.
