Grant Thornton, strictly maintaining its commitment to transparency, is publishing the Transparency Report for the seventh consecutive year.
This report concerns the period 01/07/2017 - 30/06/2018 and provides information on the legal structure and operations of our firm, corporate governance, systems of independence, quality control and training we have developed and implemented, as well as our financial performance and practices of corporate social responsibility followed by the firm.
Transparency in respect of audit firms is a key element underpinning the confidence of the world’s capital markets in the audit process, and Grant Thornton will continue to play its part in creating a more accountable and robust accounting profession.
The report is published on annual basis in compliance with
the regulatory provisions for corporate governance and
transparency set out in Law 4449/2017, Article 45 «Provisions for
implementation of Regulation (EU) 537/2014 Transparency Report
(Article 13 of Regulation) as well as the announcement of ELTE
005/2017. This Transparency Report has been approved by
the Grant Thornton Board of Directors, on 25 October 2018.
