Experience
Katerina Koulouri is Partner and Head of Wellbeing of Grant Thornton Greece. She holds a BSc in Marketing Management from the American College of Greece and is EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level from the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
As Head of Wellbeing, she is responsible for designing and implementing the company’s wellbeing strategy, with the aim of creating an environment where people can perform, grow, and feel both safe and meaningfully connected.
With a long-standing presence within the organisation and extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, she brings a holistic and in-depth understanding of how culture, leadership, and employee experience are intrinsically linked to business performance.
Her approach focuses on embedding wellbeing at the core of the organisation’s operations-not as a standalone initiative, but as an integral part of daily practices and decision making. With a background in Marketing & Communications, she leverages the strategic importance of communication and positions people as a key driver of value and growth.
She is committed to shaping a high performing organisation where trust, inclusion, and a meaningful employee experience form the foundation for sustainable growth, while strengthening the organisation’s ability to evolve and respond dynamically to modern challenges.
